Who writes here

Elke Wouters has tracked the Belgian market since 2016 and opens an account at every operator paying particular attention to the maths behind bonuses. Based in Leuven.

Our income comes from affiliate commissions; the verdict stays the same, commission or not. Whoever is not on the white list reads it here.

How we test. we walk through registration ourselves, start with a deposit of our own money, start a withdrawal and keep an eye on the clock. Licence status is verified directly with the Gaming Commission and compare the promise with the conditions.

Limits, age and EPIS

Belgium regulates player protection considerably more strictly than a few years ago and it is built that way on purpose. The standard limit runs to €200 per week per site.

Exclusion runs centrally through the EPIS register: after registration no licensed operator grants you access. Unlicensed sites are not connected to it. Casino, gaming hall and sports betting are 21-and-over since 1 September 2024; the National Lottery is the exception at 18. Without valid ID you do not get through.
